Hi there,
We have vouchers from ibiza orchestra after the Cheltenham event was postponed during lockdown. If we come on Feb 5th, what restrictions will be in place. Will it be masks on for the concert?
Thanks
Mike
Admin @ MECA
Hi Mike. For this event masks are not mandatory, however a COVID passport will be required.

Hi, what time will doors open for this event and what is the latest entry time? Also what is the advantage of getting drinks tokens? Will drinks be cheaper if purchased via a token or the same price if paying card on the night? Will you be accepting card payments? I have a spare ticket am I able to sell this back to you or sell it on to someone else?
Thank you
Admin @ MECA
Hi, thank you for your questions. Doors for this event open at 6:00pm, and the last entry is 9:30pm. We do not offer drinks tokens, but you will be able to pay for drinks via card at the event. Please feel free to sell your spare ticket onto someone else if you’d like to, but we are unable to purchase it back from you ourselves.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.

Hello, will there be food and drink stalls at the event and if so what sort of stuff will there be? Also, will there be a break and will we be standing up or sitting down? Thanks, Sophie
Admin @ MECA
Hi Sophie, food and drinks will available for sale from behind the bar during the event. We’re not sure on the running order yet so we don’t know yet if there will be a break. This is a standing event.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.

Hi could you direct me on how i get a refund on tickets i have purchased as i am unable to attend concert.
Admin @ MECA
Hi Aaron
You will need to request a refund from the point of purchase for this event. This isn’t something we are able to action as the host venue.

Hi, I see from the comments this is a standing event. My partner is coming (it’s his Christmas present) and he won’t be able to stand for the whole event. Will there be any seating available?
Admin @ MECA
Hi Steph, as with all standing events there will be limited seating available for those with an accessibility requirement but there is no general seating.
Sarah
Is this event outside or inside?
Admin @ MECA
Hi Sarah
The event is inside at the Meca.
Many thanks
